A summary of the 2022 Inuvialuit knowledge gathering workshop held in the Inuvialuit Settlement Region.

Visual infographic from a worksop held in Inuvik in 2022. Representatives from each Hunters and Trappers Committee attended the workshop and shared their community’s knowledge about polar bears and what changes have been observed over the past ten years.

This infographic was was provided with permission of the authors to support the ITEK WG workplan on Inclusion of Indigenous and Traditional Ecological Knowledge (ITEK) in the Polar Bear Range States (PBRS), and is associated with action ITEK-3 - Prepare an ITEK knowledge synthesis on recent ITEK research.
